You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your master password and account. You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. Due to our zero-knowledge architecture, we cannot recover your master password if lost.
Intellectual Property
SafeVault and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by SafeVault Inc. and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Our trademarks may not be used without prior written consent. You retain ownership of all data you store in your vault.

You may not use SafeVault for any illegal purpose or to violate any laws; to store, share, or distribute malicious software; to attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts; to interfere with or disrupt the service; to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the service; or to resell or redistribute the service without authorization.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms, with or without notice. You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. We will delete your encrypted data in accordance with our data retention policy.
Limitation of Liability
SafeVault shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations of liability, so these limitations may not apply to you.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SafeVault, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the service, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.
